That's me – Ines Speda
I was born in 1970, qualified as Foreign Language Correspondent after passing my A-levels and then gained extensive experience in a wide range of industries and positions in international business. Later on, I 'changed sides' and specialised in IT consulting (SAP, MS Office) and (multi-) project management.
After successfully overcoming a burnout, I started my new life in October 2011 – freelancing as a job and business coach, trainer, IT professional and translator for English and, of course, German ever since.
In a nutshell, you might call me a 'versatile, people-orientated and articulate nerd'. :)
And it is my mission to use my manifold yet specialised knowledge to help you advance in your personal and professional development while also providing you with useful tools and ‘fertiliser’ (i.e. inspiration and motivation) – hence my slogan ‘Grow beyond your limits!’

As Job Coach, I support you in my true passion: helping you uncover and clarify your personal answers to the many questions surrounding your career and vocation.
With a fresh outside perspective and a trained ear for your concerns and challenges, I listen closely and help you identify the key issues – and open up new perspectives. I’m happy to accompany you on your path toward a more fulfilling and successful professional life.
My Business Coaching largely builds on the same topics that are relevant for private clients in the context of job coaching – with the key difference that here, the employer is the contractor.
When it comes to career transitions, job applications and related topics, coaching is often initiated as part of an outplacement process or similar programmes (or through seminars and coaching sessions for universities and schools, for example). In contrast, topics such as stress management and burnout prevention typically serve to support healthy workload distribution and employee integration within companies.
There’s also a natural transition from coaching into my focus areas Training and Application(s).
In addition to seminars, webinars, workshops, and (online) trainings related to my coaching topics, the term ‘application’, with its ambiguity, stands for my extensive IT expertise.
With many years of experience in MS Office, SAP, and project/program management, I support clients through individual trainings and coaching sessions – as well as by developing tailor-made MS Office solutions according to your needs.
Whether it’s advanced Excel analyses, user-friendly and CI-compliant PowerPoint templates, or in-depth training in MS Word or other Office tools – I’m happy to support you with my expertise, or implement the tools you need based on your specifications. And of course, I’ll also provide final training in your new solution.
Last but not least, the keyword Language reflects the roots of my professional journey.
As a trained foreign language correspondent, my passion for the English language has been a faithful companion from the very beginning of my career.
Even today, my subject-specific language skills – across commercial, technical and other specialist fields – remain a solid cornerstone of my services. Whether in the context of professional translations (English–German / German–English), or in the form of coaching, training, concepts & more – I am pleased to offer my support in English as well.

When I learned in 2020 that my consultancy work met the criteria for registration as a BAFA-accredited advisor, I took advantage of a quieter period to tackle the extensive requirements for the application process.
And lo and behold: the effort paid off! I am delighted to now be able to offer my coaching and training services under the BAFA funding programme for small and medium-sized enterprises. :)
